Domestic Orders
All domestic orders will normally be shipped Via FedEx Ground Service or (in the case of Alaska & Hawaii) Priority Mail. This generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days anywhere in the U.S. If you are placing your order via our online E-Commerce system, the shipping charges for standard, domestic Ground Service and/or Priority Mail will be calculated and added to your order automatically during checkout. (Please note: Shipping amounts are based on current FedEx tables for standard delivery. Charges may vary due to extra FedEx fees for residential or urban areas, and/or if other shipping methods are used.)
OVERNIGHT or 2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING
If you have requested a special RUSH delivery, and you need to know the exact charges, you must call or e-mail us immediately after placing your order. Our shipping office hours are: 8am - 3pm (CST) Monday through Friday. If no contact is made, we will process and ship the order the same business day it was received. Since rates are determined by weight and dimensions, no total can be given in advance.
U.S. Mail
We will ship via U.S. Mail to Post Office addresses, upon request.
International Orders
International rates vary considerably between countries. Therefore, our online commerce system cannot automatically tabulate these charges in advance; they must be calculated separately.
After your order has been received, we will contact you by e-mail or fax to confirm the exact total of the shipping charges on your pending order. We WILL NOT release, invoice, or ship your order until you have given approval.

“Order Shipping” “How long will it take to ship my order?”
Generally, all orders are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse staff within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. The actual time in shipment, however, may vary somewhat, based on the shipping method you have requested. The default method for shipping is FedEx Ground Service (*Priority Mail for Alaska & Hawaii). This generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days anywhere in the U.S. Obviously, if you have requested express delivery, this time will be much shorter. Lead time and delivery schedules for International orders will always be quoted separately, on an order-by-order basis. “How will I know my order is on its way?”
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 Business days. Excluding Weekends, most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
