Yes. The print versions of our catalogs are also listed in the SuperStore. Or you can receive it on a USB flash drive. When ordered, you’ll receive a complete catalog. These printed catalogs will generally include over 90% of the items you’ll find shown here on-line. Cost for the printed catalog is $10.00. With the purchase of a printed catalog, you will receive a $10.00 credit toward your first purchase. Cost for the USB flash drive version is no charge.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of payment, and most will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

Normally, No. Our inventory is so large that we are seldom out of stock. However, some product flies off the shelves faster than others. We’ll always notify you —immediately— if any item on your order is temporarily unavailable and when/if it will be back in stock. We won’t substitute something you didn’t order.

Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system. No charges are put on your credit card until your order has been fulfilled and packaged for shipping. We will also send a follow-up message to you as soon as your credit card information has been confirmed and your order has been scheduled for delivery (usually within 24 hours).A copy of the final invoice and a Credit Card receipt will also be enclosed with the shipment for your records.
After you have selected the products that you would like to purchase from the Horizon Online SuperStore, simply click on the “Check Out” icon. PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid by personal check will be held for approximately seven (7) days to allow for bank processing. However, orders paid by Money Order or Credit Card will be shipped immediately.

If the wrong information is entered, our Authorization Service will refuse the order. We will contact you by email if there are any problems. Additionally, we can only ship an order to the Credit Card billing address.
Our apologies if this is an inconvenience but, due to International Credit Card fraud, we were forced to adopt these policies.
International orders may take more than 24 hours to process because of our verification process. To avoid this delay, you may choose to pay via Paypal.
Please note that International Standard First Class shipping charges will be no less than $15. We will contact you by email with shipping charges and options. We will not ship until we have a confirmation of your shipping choice.

For example: If you buy a set of soft tip Black Widow Darts, the weight is 1 pound. The set of darts is $99.75. Standard shipping to 66604 is approximately $6.80 for Small Flat Rate Priority Mail* or a total of $106.55 + $9.72 Sales Tax bringing the invoice total to $116.27.

Sorry... but NO. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders at this time. Of course, we will always accept an order prepaid by Check or Money Order.

No. Unfortunately, payment via International Wire Transfer is not presently available to private individuals. Special arrangements for International Wire Transfers are, however, available for some specifically pre-approved reseller accounts. Please contact us for further details.

Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. IF your package is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to track it. If your insured package is lost or stolen, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. (First Class packages are not insured.)
Due to recent issues with carriers, packages CANNOT be replaced without additional payment.
We normally ship via USPS for residential services depending on the weight, dimensions of packaging and contents. We will ship using the method you choose at checkout. Sometimes it may be cheaper to ship via Fed-Ex.

Orders are shipped via cheapest carrier for requested service unless a specific carrier is requested.
If you choose a special RUSH delivery, we will process the order the same business day it was received. Orders must be received before 1pm CST to guarantee same day processing. Our shipping office hours are: 8am - 3pm (CST) Monday - Friday (Winter Hours) or Monday - Thursday (Summer Hours).
We will ship via U.S. Mail to Post Office addresses, unless otherwise requested.
International rates vary considerably between countries. Therefore, our online commerce system may not tabulate these charges correctly.
PLEASE NOTE for International Orders:
After your order has been received, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the exact total of the shipping charges on your pending order. We WILL NOT release, invoice, or ship your order until you have given approval. International orders may take more than 24 hours to process because of our verification process. Generally, all orders are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse staff within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. The actual time in shipment, however, may vary somewhat, based on the shipping method used. The default shipping method shown on the shopping cart is based on FedEx Ground Service (*Priority Mail for Alaska & Hawaii). We make every effort to save you money by using USPS 1st Class or USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. This generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days or less anywhere in the U.S. Obviously, if you have requested express delivery, this time will be much shorter. Lead time and delivery schedules for International orders will always be quoted separately, on an order-by-order basis.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 Business days. Excluding Weekends, most orders are shipped the same day they are received.

However, we cannot take responsibility for, or guarantee, the security of your order if you submit it to us online. In this case (if your browser does NOT support SSL encryption), it is highly recommended that you select one of the order submission alternatives provided at checkout (such as placing your order by phone, fax or mail).
While SSL encryption technology protects your information in transit, your personal data must then also be protected (or secured) once it arrives at its destination. A Secure Server is designed to do just that; protect your information from public access once it arrives.
Like a bank vault, a secure server stores valuable information in an area that CANNOT be accessed by the general public. Just as a bank vault requires a special key (or code) to open, information stored on a secure server is equally restricted. Only authorized individuals (those possessing the key) can retrieve the encoded information. In this case, only the authorized merchant will maintain access to the secure server where your order and personal data are stored.
In all current web browsers you can tell if your data is being sent in an encrypted format by looking for a lock icon adjacent to the web address in your browser's tool bar (or in the notification area at the bottom of some browers, or in both locations). Please Note: Here on the Horizon Darts Site, these symbols will NOT appear during your general shopping session, but will appear only during the actual checkout (ordering) process, itself. Your order and personal information will be stored very briefly on our secure server until being retrieved by an authorized member of our staff.
This information will then be used only for its expressed purpose: fulfilling your product order. At Horizon Darts we consider this information to be highly and completely confidential. Please rest assured, your personal information (i.e., Name, address, Credit Card Numbers, et cetera...) will never —ever— be shared with, or sold to, any other individual or company.
We do not retain credit card information on retail customers and any credit card information retained for our Wholesale customers is placed in a physical card file (not the computer) and locked up when we’re not open.
The last thing we want in an unhappy customer!
On those rare occasions when problems do occur, here's what you need know, concerning...
While it doesn’t happen often, shipments do sometimes get damaged in transit. If there is any shortage or damage to your shipment, please have the delivery service make note of the problem, save the original container, and then contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We’ll handle the problem from our end!
PLEASE NOTE: It is very important for you to make sure that the delivery person notes any (and all) problems with the packaging on their official delivery record. If this is not done, your damage claim may be disallowed.
Although we work very hard and double check each order when being filled to be sure that this never occurs, mistakes do sometimes happen... And we absolutely hate when they do!!
If for some reason you find that your order was filled incorrectly, please call us immediately and we’ll work with you to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
New, unused (or unwanted) products and materials may also be returned within seven (7) days, provided that:
- a) Products are still in their original box and packing
- b) Products have not been used (like new condition)
- c) Products have been returned at buyers expense
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may also be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
Absolutely no returned merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchange without prior authorization from Horizon Darts. You MUST contact us (by phone or e-mail) prior to shipping your product return/exchange.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase ONLY with prior authorization from Horizon Darts. All merchandise must be in NEW condition without any knicks or scratches and must contain all accessories (if applicable).
Upon approval, you will be given an official “Return Authorization Number” for your particular return or exchange. This R.A. number MUST accompany your return in order for us to accept the shipment and will be used to issue the proper credit to your account.
At Laserdarts, we are proud to provide a no nonsense, lifetime barrel guarantee on ALL our Laserdart models. If, for any reason, your barrels break, crack or chip from normal usage, we will replace it for FREE. Simply call us at 1-800-542-3278 to receive an RA # (return authorization#). Once received, send all three barrels back (ship to address listed below) Priority Mail Insured ($100.00 for soft tip of fixed point steel tip or $200.00 for MP barrels. DO NOT ship loose barrels or use a regular letter envelope as they all may not arrive here. If this happens, we cannot be held responsible for lost barrels. Once we receive your darts, we will inspect all barrels and determine the problem solution. If the problem is NOT covered under Laserdart’s warranty, you will be liable for the return shipping (Priority Mail/Insured).
Customer must contact Horizon Darts, makers of Laserdarts directly for warranty issues. Suppliers are not authorized to replace or repair Laserdarts.
Please note the following are NOT covered under Laserdarts warranty:
- Knurling – will wear down with time or excessive use
- Coating – due to acidities in your skin and how often you play, it can wear more easily
- Shafts – spider leg shafts need to be tightened by the metal base ONLY. If they become loose, take a lighter and quickly heat the shrink wrap letting it cool before using
- Points (soft or steel tip)
- ANY modification to our dart barrels voids ALL Laserdart warranties
- Intentional destruction or breakage – after 3 decades in the dart business, we know how darts break under normal conditions AND all the signs of purposeful destruction due to intentional breakage
When we have your darts in hand, if we cannot fix it (tapping out, etc.) and we are unable to match the problem barrel to the other two in the set, we will replace your set. We will NOT replace barrels with other Laserdart models or different barrel weights.
Often when you have a problem getting a shaft or soft tip point to screw into the barrel, it simply needs to be tapped out with a 2BA tap. You can either send the barrels back to us (pay incoming and return shipping only) or purchase a 2BA Tap and Tap handle from your local supplier.
Remember ONLY use poly or other nylon based shafts in our MP darts. Unlike other moveable point darts, MP points runs the length of the barrel. Therefore, the point hits the part of the shaft screwed into the barrel. Use of a metal based shaft voids all Laserdart warranties. If you must use metal based shafts, we suggest buying a fixed point dart to avoid barrel damage.
